A new concept for the establishment of air locks for personnel, the CONAIR is manufactured using a combination of ABS profiles and sheeting joined together with a flexible re-in forced P.V.C. fabric, this makes the unit:

• Ultra-Compact
• Very quick to erect
• Easy to transport
• Flexible P.V.C. fabric section can be repaired or completely replaced if damaged.

By simply undoing the 4 fixing clips and pulling the 2 solid sections away from each other and placing the profile stretchers into place at the top and bottom, the flat pack becomes the cubicle.  This process is then repeated for the other cubicles.  To connect the cubicles together, simply push the cubicles together while feeding the magnetic skirt flaps into the adjoining cubicle.  Close fixing clips are included on the exterior for added security.  Then if the unit is to be used as a showering facility simply place the ABS shower tray into the bottom of the middle cubicle ensuring that the attached flaps are arranged to direct the water into the tray.  That’s it no tools, no tape needed!!
